Open Call for Artists 2026
The Buffer Fringe Performing Arts Festival is accepting applications for its 11th edition, which will take place between the 2nd and 4th of October 2026!
This open call invites applications from Cyprus-based and international artists and artist groups. The festival values work that recognizes and incorporates its decolonizing agenda, its peacebuilding mission, and social solidarity aims. All forms of experimental and interdisciplinary performance work are accepted including but not limited to theatre, music, installation/visual art, and other cross-disciplinary elements. Participatory, durational and/or site-specific proposals are also welcomed. Local artists are highly encouraged to apply.
The deadline for applications is 30th of April 2026.
